Policy Overview

We only hold your personal data in our office as well as in a secure third party database, for communication reasons, and information isn't passed on to any other organisations.

What data do we process?

We process some or all of the following types of data, where necessary to perform our tasks: Names, titles and photographs;
Contact details such as postal addresses and email addresses.

How to we use your personal data?

The data controller will comply with their legal obligations to: keep personal data up to date.
We collect your personal data from you when:

  • you sign up to our e-newsletter
  • you enquire about our activities and concerts via direct emails and phone conversations
  • your details are passed onto us by a recognised third party such as a family member, a shared service provider or a company that supports the orchestra with which you are connected.
  • you purchase a CD from us

We use your personal data to provide you with the services, products and information that you have requested, for administration purposes.

We may use your personal data to contact you about future events and concerts, how you can support the orchestra, however all communication has an opt-out option.
